Floor intensive training (F.I.T.) 

Learn how to gain control of your body while moving against gravity in the demanding workouts of Floor-Intensive Training classes. In addition to Pilates foundation-advanced exercises, F.I.T. classes incorporate exercises from the Prague school of rehabilitation (relearn how to stabilize your body in infant developmental patterns) as well as Brugger band exercises (strengthen and balance neuromuscular patterns required for upright posture and locomotion).

This class is for all levels.
